Days Inn by Wyndham Sutton Scotney South

We were in the other days inn just up the road and that was quite possibly the worst place ive stopped at so when we needed to find another place to stay close for one more night I was pleasantly surprised by the difference, quite basic but clean and everything you need to make your night comfortable, pleasant reception staff

Always try to stay here when working in Andover. Reasonably priced and convenient. Easy to get to travelling just passed the A303 junction on the A34 south, hotel located in service area. And easy to leave via rear of services access road to get back to A303

Good location just off the A34 and outside Winchester. Free parking which was welcome and very good service with a friendly smile from the lady on reception. Very nice to have 3 separate beds in the triple room and even the trundle and sofa beds were comfortable enough for a night or 2. My only criticism is the height of the shower head - even at 5'7" I had to duck under it to get my hair wet, my 6'3" son had no chance!!!

During our two-night stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Sutton Scotney South in January, we encountered an issue with the availability of our booked rooms. Initially attempting to make the payment through Booking.com, we were met with an unexpected message indicating that the rooms were no longer available. Despite reaching out to the Days Inn customer service, we were informed that the rooms were indeed still available. However, the phone line was characterised by poor reception, making it challenging to engage in a meaningful conversation. The rooms we occupied were of an average quality. While they were clean & adequately maintained, they exhibited signs of wear and tear that necessitated refurbishment. The windows lacked double-glazing, resulting in a noticeable drop in temperature, and the interior decor could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Despite these shortcomings, the exceptional customer service provided by the staff significantly enhanced our stay. A particularly attentive receptionist demonstrated kindness & helpfulness throughout our visit. In summary, our stay offered a satisfactory value for money, albeit with room for improvement in the facilities. The exceptional customer service, however, compensated for any perceived shortcomings.

On arrival there was no one on the desk a few seconds later the receptionist came from one of the rooms just down the hall she was extremely polite and apologising for the tiny wait we were presented with a problem with our room as the pull out bed was really dusty witch was sorted really quickly and she apologised for the inconvenience her name is hannah really hard working great costomer service skills she was also making beds witch should have been done earlier on during the day .

Perfect location for a journey stop over, beds were comfy and the place is quiet.

A dog friendly hotel with lots of green space, very close to garage and Costa and McDonald's. Extremely comfortable beds and a large room. Though the decor is dated, we had a good night's rest here and would use again as it suited our needs and was priced perfectly. Thanks to all the staff.

John is a friendly and helpful night servicemen who makes you feel safe and sound while travelling. He is full of pleasant conversation and always makes visitors feel welcome. Thanks to John I highly recommend this hotel.
